Here are just a few problems that could be fixed in an afternoon, and some ideas for improvement:
IT IS TIME, Bethesda, to pull your heads out of the Atom Shop's ass, and fix one of the most core aspects of gameplay: Weapons. Enemies are still balanced to the stats of the weapon effects at launch. Plenty of effects are so under-powered that nobody uses them at all. The Explosive shotgun has been nerfed into the dirt.
